Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with WhiskerPlay! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you (and your cat).

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You'll get a second email with tracking once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll reach out to let you know.

Shipping Times & Rates

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Europe (incl. EU): 8–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — any active free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It may take a few days for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us at whiskerplayus@outlook.com and we'll look into it.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure of the charges that may apply.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at whiskerplayus@outlook.com and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at whiskerplayus@outlook.com so we can help make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged or defective items.
