Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at whiskerplayus@outlook.com with your full name, order number, and the reason for your return. We can't process any return without this information first.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, sale or promotional items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Sale and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This right overrides our standard cancellation and final-sale terms for EU customers. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging — and you'll need your proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
