Love this laser my cats favorite toy to chase. It has a good locking system that shouldn't fall off. The blinking light is a great add on for it. Easy to charge and put on.

Our cats love playing both the laser and the feather parts of the toy. I loge that it has different feathers you can change out. After 7 months, the feather part stopped working, and the company quickly responded and replaced under their warranty. Highly recommend!

Our cat is an indoor outdoor cat. She is usually very busy all spring, summer, and fall, but in the winter, when the snow flies, she gets really full of energy and needs an outlet. We got this toy for that period of time.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a box which has the collar, the charger, and instructions.CHARGINGThis has a MINI USB port, NOT a Type C. Be aware of that in case you don't have a cable, this comes with one. Don't discard it. The light will blink slowly until it is charged. It takes a few hours at least, but I usually let it charge over night.ADJUSTThe little light tube can move up or down a bit, so you can get it at the right angle for the cat.ARROWPut this on with the arrow poking up.BUCKLEThe buckle is a bit tricky. It has a ring that you put the end through, but the holes have to line up exactly with the post and a tiny top on it. That can be difficult. If your cat is squirmy, this can be a challenge. Once you get the post through the hole it will stay in place.BUTTONThe button on the bottom turns on the laser. It stays on for 20 minutes. You can also put it on the blinking setting too.DOES THE CAT LIKE IT?Our cat will sit still and study it for a while and the way the laser goes around. Then she will try to chase it and study it more. After the 15 minute mark, she will get a little bored and stop.I will say this, when I call her and show her the collar, she jumps on my lap and holds her neck out so I can put the collar on.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a great toy for our cat we use mostly in the winter time.MY RATINGFIVE STARS.
